Privacy Policy

Short version: we never see your keys or funds, and we store as little as a social app can.

1. What we store

When you sign in with your wallet (SIWE) we store your public wallet address and an encrypted session cookie. If you use the social features we store what you create: profile fields you fill in (name, bio, avatar URL, links), comments, reactions, votes, follows and price alerts, each linked to your public address. Trading activity shown in the app is public blockchain data indexed by us.

2. What we never have

Your private keys, your seed phrase, or custody of any asset. Connecting a wallet reveals only its public address, which is already public on the blockchain.

3. Cookies

One functional session cookie for sign-in. No advertising cookies. Anonymous, aggregate usage statistics may be collected to improve the product.

4. Third parties

The Interface calls blockchain RPC providers, our database provider and, for the Bubbly assistant, an AI API (your chat messages to Bubbly are processed to generate replies). Images you link (avatars, token images) are loaded from the URLs you provide.

5. Public by design

Everything you post (comments, votes, reactions, profile) is public, tied to a public address, and may remain visible in caches even after deletion. Assume permanence before posting.

6. Removal

You can delete your own comments in the app. For anything else (profile removal, content concerns), write to tech@bubblepad.fun from a message signed by the wallet concerned, or via the wallet-verified profile editor.
