Terms of Use

Bubblepad ("the Interface", bubblepad.fun) is a web interface to permissionless, immutable smart contracts deployed on public blockchains. By using the Interface you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Interface.

1. What Bubblepad is

The Interface lets anyone launch a token, trade tokens, and interact socially around on-chain activity. The underlying smart contracts are non-custodial and immutable: nobody, including us, can pause them, upgrade them, seize funds, or reverse transactions. We operate the website and its social features, not the blockchain.

2. Beta

Bubblepad is currently in BETA with test tokens only. Anything may break, change or be reset at any time. Do not use the beta with funds you are not prepared to lose entirely.

3. No financial advice, no offer

Nothing on the Interface is investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing is an offer or solicitation to buy any asset. Tokens launched through Bubblepad are created by their users, not by us. A token appearing on the Interface is NOT an endorsement. Scores, grades and feeds are automated, informational, and can be wrong.

4. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your wallet, your keys, your transactions and your compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. Digital assets are volatile; you can lose everything. Do not use the Interface where doing so is prohibited.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the social features to post unlawful, hateful or fraudulent content, to impersonate others, to manipulate markets, or to spam. We may remove content, mute wallets and restrict access to the Interface at our discretion; on-chain assets are never affected by such measures.

6. No warranty, limitation of liability

The Interface is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of the Interface or the underlying contracts, including loss of funds, data or profits.

7. Changes

These terms may change; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use means acceptance.
